Effective date: 7 August 2026. These terms govern your use of Goose Travel ("Goose", "we", "us"): the AI travel agent available through Telegram and any related services at goosetravel.ai. By using Goose you agree to these terms.
Goose Travel is a UK-based travel agent service. Pending incorporation of Goose Travel Ltd, the service is operated by its founder, Brooks Capewell, trading as Goose Travel. Contact: hello@goosetravel.ai.
Goose is an agent, not an airline. When you book a flight through Goose, your contract of carriage is with the airline, under the airline's own conditions of carriage. Your card pays for the flight through a secure checkout operated by our booking platform, Duffel; Goose never holds your fare, adds no markup to fares, and takes no commission on flights. Goose Travel is not an ATOL holder and does not sell flight-plus-accommodation packages or Linked Travel Arrangements.
You must be 18 or over to use Goose.
Beta places are limited and invitation-based. Beta invites include a promotional code applied at sign-up that makes your first months free; after the promotional period your subscription renews at the normal price unless you cancel. During the beta the service is provided on an "as available" basis, without any service level commitment, and we may change, suspend, or end the beta or any feature at any time.
After the beta, Goose is a paid subscription (currently £8 a month or £80 a year; founding-member pricing may differ). Subscriptions are sold and billed by Paddle, our merchant of record, which handles payment, tax, and invoicing. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.
If you are a consumer, you have a statutory 14-day cancellation right when you first subscribe. Because the service starts immediately, you consent to immediate supply; if you cancel within 14 days you may be charged proportionately for the period already supplied, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Refunds are otherwise handled through Paddle's checkout terms.
Flight prices are set by airlines and are separate from your subscription. Flights are paid at the time of booking and are non-refundable except as the airline's fare rules or your statutory rights provide.
Goose proposes; you decide. Nothing is searched into a booking, booked, changed, cancelled, or paid without your explicit confirmation, normally a tap on a card Goose sends you plus, for higher-value bookings, a typed confirmation. You are responsible for reviewing the details before confirming: names exactly as they appear on the passport, dates, times, airports, cabin, and baggage.
Once confirmed, bookings are made in your name with the airline via Duffel. Airline fare rules apply to changes and cancellations, and airlines may charge fees or issue airline credit rather than cash refunds; Goose will tell you what applies before you confirm a change or cancellation.
Goose is an AI and can make mistakes. Fares, times, and fare conditions are presented in good faith from airline and data systems, and wider guidance (weather, routes, entry requirements, points advice) is research assistance, not a guarantee. The details shown on the booking card at the moment you confirm are what governs your booking; verify anything critical before you travel.
When your flight is delayed or cancelled, Goose can explain your rights (including UK261 compensation where it applies), calculate what you may be owed, and draft a claim for you to send to the airline. This is a free service feature included in your subscription: we take no percentage of any compensation, we do not act as your legal representative, and nothing Goose says is legal advice. Claims are made by you against the airline; where an airline rejects a claim, Goose can point you to the relevant ADR scheme or the Civil Aviation Authority.
Flights, payments, and related services are provided by third parties (airlines, Duffel, Paddle, Telegram). Their terms apply to their services. We are not responsible for airline decisions, schedule changes, cancellations, or the acts of other providers, though Goose will always try to help you recover what you are owed.
Do not use Goose for anything unlawful, to make bookings with stolen or unauthorised payment details, to book for third parties without their authority, to abuse, probe, or overload the service, or to attempt to extract other users' data. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
We aim to keep Goose available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update features, and we may change these terms; if we make material changes we will give notice in the product, and continued use after the notice period means you accept the new terms. Content on goosetravel.ai, including the blog, is general information, not advice.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded under UK law. Subject to that, our total liability arising from the service in any 12-month period is limited to the subscription fees you paid in that period (or £100 during the free beta), and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, missed flights, visa refusals, or losses caused by the airline or other third parties. We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events outside our reasonable control. Your statutory rights as a consumer, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, are unaffected.
You can stop using Goose at any time; tell us at hello@goosetravel.ai if you want your data deleted (see the Privacy Policy for what we must retain). We may close accounts for breach of these terms, with notice where practical.
Goose, its software, brand, and content belong to us or our licensors. You get a personal, non-transferable right to use the service; you may not copy, resell, or reverse engineer it.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except that consumers resident elsewhere in the UK may rely on the law and courts of their home nation. If you have a complaint, email hello@goosetravel.ai and we will do our best to fix it quickly.
Type where and when. I'll do the rest.
